Medium to Large Rotator Cuff Tears

Medium to large tears of the rotator cuff can be repaired using a double-row construct to help restore the native rotator cuff footprint. The SpeedBridge™ technique, introduced in 2008, provided a simple technique to achieve a double-row, knotless repair using SwiveLock® anchors and FiberTape® suture. The FiberTak® SpeedBridge™ repair uses smaller 2.6 FiberTak RC soft anchors on the medial row to provide more points of fixation and increased footprint compression of the tendon to help promote healing.¹
