El SwiveLock para labrum sin nudos, atornillado se ha diseñado para usarse en el tratamiento de la inestabilidad del hombro. El ancla se utiliza como PushLock para el labrum. Ofrece todas las mismas ventajas sin nudos (bajo perfil, rápido, técnica de primera sutura con múltiples opciones de configuración de puntos) con los beneficios agregados de mayor resistencia a la extracción y conductos de comunicación que pueden permitir el crecimiento óseo interno. El ancla está disponible en materiales BioComposite o PEEK.

SwiveLock® para labrum

Las anclas FiberTak de 2,6 mm ofrecen los beneficios que los cirujanos han llegado a apreciar de las anclas blandas con un alto nivel de experiencia y respaldo clínico detrás de cada producto y procedimiento ofrecido por Arthrex.
Dichas anclas están disponibles con carga doble y triple con SutureTape. Estas anclas se complementan con un sistema de administración guiado junto con un perforador o punzón de 2,6 mm para minimizar la remoción ósea.

Técnica con anclas FiberTak® de 2,6 mm

La técnica para lesiones tipo PASTA permite la reparación transtendinosa de avulsiones parciales del tendón del supraespinoso del lado articular. Esta técnica simplifica la reparación tipo PASTA, al tiempo que proporciona una técnica de construcción segura que mejora la compresión de la huella para maximizar el contacto entre el tendón y el hueso.
La técnica se puede realizar con o sin nudos a través de la inserción percutánea de un ancla transtendinosa, sin necesidad de pasar suturas artroscópicas ni anudar nudos, creando una técnica simple y reproducible.

Técnica para lesión tipo PASTA

El ancla PushLock es un ancla con sutura sin nudos diseñada para la reparación artroscópica de la inestabilidad o del manguito rotador. Con el diseño singular de las anclas PushLock, el cirujano puede ajustar la cantidad de tensión en el tejido durante la operación, lo que, a su vez, permite la reducción y fijación precisas del tejido. Está disponible en tamaños de 2,9, 3,5 y 4,5 mm. El ancla PushLock de 2,9 mm está optimizado para la reparación del labrum. El ancla PushLock de 4,5 mm se usa para la reparación del manguito rotador como parte de la técnica SutureBridge. El de 3,5 se puede usar para los procedimientos del manguito rotador o de la inestabilidad. El cuerpo del ancla está disponible en material BioComposite o PLLA bioabsorbibles y en PEEK no absorbible. Todos son implantes sólidos, que permiten realizar cambios y transparentes a las ondas radioeléctricas, sin falsas imágenes en RNM. Cada versión utiliza un ojal PEEK que le da mayor resistencia durante la inserción, lo que permite tensionar y hacer cambios al tejido con firmeza.

PushLock®

The SwiveLock anchor is designed for knotless, arthroscopic glenohumeral joint instability repair. It is sized and used similarly to the 2.9 mm&nbsp;PushLock® anchor, with the key difference being its&nbsp;threaded and vented anchor body, which&nbsp;"twists in"&nbsp;rather than&nbsp;"taps in.” The SwiveLock anchor provides the ability to independently pass the suture through a desired amount of tissue prior to anchor implantation. This feature allows the surgeon to properly capture the amount of capsule or labrum required for the pathology being treated. The surgeon can visualize and adjust tissue tension prior to final implant installation. The anchor is twisted into its final position and the sutures are cut flush.
The body of the anchor is available in a biocomposite material that combines PLLA with ß-TCP, or a nonabsorbable thermoplastic material, polyetheretherketone (PEEK). Both are strong, revisable, and radiolucent implants. Both versions use a PEEK eyelet for superior strength during insertion, allowing for firm tissue tensioning and shifting.

SwiveLock® Instability Technique - Anterior

The SwiveLock®&nbsp;anchor is a knotless suture anchor designed for arthroscopic glenohumeral joint instability repair. It is sized and used similarly to the 2.9 mm PushLock® anchor, but features a threaded and vented anchor body "twists-in" rather than "taps-in". The anchor allows the suture to be passed through the desired amount of tissue independently, before the anchor is implanted. This feature allows the surgeon to properly capture the amount of capsule or labrum required for the pathology being treated. The surgeon can visualize and adjust tissue tension prior to final implant installation. The anchor is twisted into its final position and the sutures are cut flush.
The body of the anchor is available in a biocomposite material that combines PLLA with ß-TCP, or a nonabsorbable thermoplastic material, polyetheretherketone (PEEK).
