FiberTak® SpeedFix™ Double-Row Technique

FiberTak® SpeedFix™ Double-Row Technique

The FiberTak SpeedFix technique brings double-row fixation to small rotator cuff tears by using a small Knotless 2.6 FiberTak RC soft anchor on the medial row where traditional larger anchors cannot be used. The tensionable knotless mechanism provides compression across the articular margin, and the FiberTape® suture limbs are fixed laterally using a Self-Punching SwiveLock® anchor. Compared to traditional single-row techniques, the FiberTak SpeedFix repair provides increased tendon-to-bone footprint contact and improved surgical efficiency with self-punching anchors.
