The Mini Joint Distractor is a unique device that is adaptable for distraction and compression of osteotomies and fusion sites. It offers great flexibility for joint preparation, visualization, and intraoperative compression of the fracture or fusion site. Surgeons have the option to use 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm, or 3.0 mm guidewires or a 3.0 mm traction screw.

The Arthrex Variable-Angle (VA) Proximal Tibial Plating System features medial, posteromedial, 2 lateral plate styles (standard and high), designed to fit patient's anatomy, unique high lateral plate style, designed to precisely contour to the patient’s anatomy. All plates are equipped with advanced variable-angle locking capabilities and are compatible with KreuLock™ locking compression screws. The system incorporates color-coded instruments, soft-tissue eyelets, and percutaneous screw insertion tools to enhance surgical efficiency.

Arthrex VA Proximal Tibial Plating System

BioSync reconstructive wedges provide an alternative to allograft/autograft bone most commonly for Evans and Cotton procedures. An innovative porous titanium wedge that consists of a three-dimensional, open-celled, titanium scaffold for bone and tissue ingrowth. This osteoconductive environment is designed to enhance the potential for bone integration and attempts to minimize loss of correction made.

BioSync® Anatomic Reconstruction Wedge

The majority of plantar plate injuries are treated with traditional lesser MTPJ rebalancing procedures, including sequential release of soft tissue, tendon transfers, metatarsal osteotomies, and temporary MTPJ pinning. These approaches, while quick and inexpensive, do not address the underlying issues of loss of toe purchase and the high incidence of reoccurrence often associated with performing an indirect repair. Direct repair of the plantar plate with Arthrex’s family of solutions delivers improved patient outcomes and higher patient satisfaction scores.
Arthrex’s continuous evolution in plantar plate repair has led to the development of a family of products capable of addressing any stage of lesser toe instability, from a partial plantar plate tear with mid-dorsal plane instability to a complete rupture and attenuation of the plantar plate with a crossover toe deformity. Complete Plantar Plate Repair System (CPR™)

The Arthrex Elbow Plating System is a comprehensive distal humerus and olecranon plating system. For the distal humerus, both 90° and 180° plating options are available, as well as extra-articular plate lengths up to 294 mm. Dorsal olecranon and olecranon osteotomy plates complete the portfolio.
The Arthrex Elbow Portfolio is the most comprehensive on the market. Comprised of FiberTape® cerclage, soft-tissue anchors, InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation for MUCL and LUCL repairs, biologics, and adjunct plating and screws, this portfolio is designed to meet the challenge of your most complicated elbow trauma cases.
The&nbsp;InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament. The&nbsp;InternalBrace technique is for use during soft tissue-to-bone fixation procedures and is not cleared for bone-to-bone fixation.

Elbow Fracture Plating System

The Lapidus procedure is an arthrodesis of the 1st metatarsocuneiform joint. It is performed most commonly as a method to reduce the intermetatarsal angle (IMA) in the setting of hypermobility or arthritis of the 1st metatarsocuneiform joint.

Lapidus Hallux Valgus Correction

More than a plate, this is a complete system for joint preparation and fixation for the treatment of severe hallux rigidus and other MTP pathologies. Whether used in primary or revision cases, this system enables surgeons to reduce, compress, and lock the 1st metatarsal phalangeal joint in the ideal position for arthrodesis. Arthrex has a wide array of midfoot plating options housed in the CFS set. The surgeon can choose from specific TMT plates, H-plates, Lapidus plates, dorsal midfoot fusion plates, medial column plates, or mesh plates. The instrumentation for these implants is straightforward and easy to use, assisting the surgeon with distraction, provisional fixation, and other elements of the procedure.
