The plantar Lapidus plate was designed to provide fixation for a Lapidus procedure. The plate is placed plantar on the 1st tarsometatarsal (TMT) joint and is fixed with two 3.5 mm locking screws at both the distal and proximal ends to optimize construct strength. The precontoured left and right plates allow secure plantar placement and spare the tibialis anterior tendon. The plantar Lapidus plate provides compression over the entire arthrodesis area using a solid 4.0 mm compression screw through the plate. The plantar orientation avoids gapping of the arthrodesis site during early weightbearing.1

The Titanium Volar Distal Radius Plating System provides a comprehensive solution for distal radius fracture management. Volar plates are available in narrow, standard, and wide, as well as in multiple shaft lengths. The volar plates are now offered with two different screw shaft options, 2.4 mm and 3.5 mm. A variety of aiming guides and instrumentation also allows for customization, based on surgeon preference. The Wrist Plating System, which includes both the volar and fragment specific plates, is developed to provide the solution to your distal radius fixation needs.

The Clavicle Plate and Screw System is a comprehensive set of plates, screws, and instruments designed to treat midshaft and distal clavicle fractures. The stainless steel plates are low profile and precontoured with locking and nonlocking screw options in each plate. Secondary fixation to the coracoid is achieved through the plate using AC TightRope® implant technology, particularly the AC Dog Bone™ button.
The Knotless Distal Clavicle Plate Button TightRope implant is designed to be used in conjunction with any Arthrex distal clavicle plate and gives the surgeon knotless coracoid ﬁxation to help stabilize distal clavicle fractures.

Clavicle Fracture System

Clavicle Plates and Screws

A choice of a midshaft or lateral plate is determined by the site of the fracture. The fracture is held in reduction while the plate is positioned on the clavicle and temporarily fixated with the use of a BB-Tak pin. The plate is then secured using locking or nonlocking screws. Divergent locking screws can also be used laterally. The lateral plate can also accommodate AC joint reconstruction with the Dog Bone™ button.
The Knotless Distal Clavicle Plate Button TightRope® implant is designed to be used in conjunction with any Arthrex distal clavicle plate and gives the surgeon knotless coracoid ﬁxation to help stabilize distal clavicle fractures.

The Lapidus procedure is an arthrodesis of the 1st metatarsocuneiform joint. It is performed most commonly as a method to reduce the intermetatarsal angle (IMA) in the setting of hypermobility or arthritis of the 1st metatarsocuneiform joint.

Arthrex has a wide array of midfoot plating options housed in the CFS set. The surgeon can choose from specific TMT plates, H-plates, Lapidus plates, dorsal midfoot fusion plates, medial column plates, or mesh plates. Mini Fragment System

A triple arthrodesis is the fusion of the subtalar, calcaneocuboid, and talonavicular joints. Arthrex has developed 5.0 mm Large and 7.0 mm XL Compression FT Screws and DynaNite® Nitinol staples as options for this procedure. After removing any remaining cartilage and subchondral bone and applying biologic materials to accelerate fusion, apply fixation to compress and stabilize the joint.
