Ankle Fracture Management System
The Ankle Fracture Management System was developed to be the most comprehensive set available for the treatment of ankle fractures. All fibula plates are engineered to work seamlessly with our proven Syndesmosis TightRope® implants.
Ankle Fusion Plating
The Titanium Ankle Fusion Plating System provides an anatomic solution for ankle fusion management. A comprehensive offering of specific anterior, lateral and posterior plates are available for both TT (tibiotalar joint) and TTC (tibiotalocalcaneal) arthrodesis. A variety of screw options, including locking, nonlocking, cortical, cancellous and hybrid designs are provided to address all fixation needs. Specific instrumentation has been designed to help gain access to and prepare the fusion sites which is included in the set.
Calcaneal Fracture Management System
Arthrex designed the Calcaneal Fracture Management System to give surgeons the tools required to address all calcaneal fractures using either the extensile lateral or sinus tarsi approach.
Calcaneus Step Plate
The new Calcaneus Step Plate, designed by leading foot and ankle surgeons, is designed to dial-in the desired correction with incremental steps of 5 mm, 7.5 mm, and 10 mm.
Comprehensive Fixation System
The Arthrex CFS plating system combines many of our current midfoot, forefoot, and hindfoot plate and screw systems into one set (AR-8950S). The set is conveniently divided into 2.4/3.0 mm and 3.5/4.0 mm (AR-8950S-01 and AR-8950S-02) modules that house the new Metatarsal Plates, TMT Plates, x-Plates, and newly revised H-Plates. Also included in the set are the Lapidus, Lisfranc, Opening Wedge, and MTP Plates. Screws are provided in locking and nonlocking options for 2.4 mm, 3 mm, 3.5 mm, and 4 mm sizes along with 3 mm and 4 mm cannulated screws. Presenting all of these components in one set gives surgeons the flexibility to choose the ideal plating system for any need. In addition, the new Mini Joint Distractor offers greater flexibility for joint preparation, visualization, and intraoperative compression of the fracture or fusion site.
Distal Tibia Plating System
The Arthrex Distal Tibia Plating System was designed for the versatile treatment of distal tibia fractures.• Includes anterolateral, medial, anterior, and posterior tibia plates; 2.7 mm straight plates; and two styles of posterolateral fibula plates• Particular attention was placed on maintaining a low-profile design by optimizing contour and fit to minimize soft-tissue irritation• The implants optimize periarticular fixation with 2.7 mm locking screws distally• Color-coded instrumentation facilitates minimally invasive or open techniques
DynaNite® Nitinol Compression Plates
The DynaNite nitinol compression plates take advantage of the superelastic property of nitinol to create dynamic compression across a fusion site. Each plate comes packaged with a compression device. When the compression device is removed, the bridge is allowed to widen to its manufactured natural state. As the plate widens, it shortens to compress the fusion site.
Designed to provide excellent fixation for fusions and osteotomies, these plates offer the foot and ankle surgeon a comprehensive option for procedures in the midfoot. These additions to the Low Profile Plating System come with and without wedge blocks, and in a variety of lengths to fixate lateral column lengthenings, calcaneocuboid arthrodesis, talonavicular arthrodesis and other less common procedures.
The new Lisfranc Plates were designed to provide fixation for acute Lisfranc injuries and fusions of the tarsal-metatarsal joints. The unique design allows for compression along the Lisfranc ligament and visualization of the healing process during recovery. At 1.4 mm maximum thickness, the plates provide minimal prominence and low profile contouring. These plates are available in three different sizes with both left and right options.
Low Profile MTP Plates and Screws
More than a plate, this is a complete system for joint preparation and fixation for the treatment of severe hallux rigidus and other MTP pathologies. Whether used in primary or revision cases, this system enables surgeons to reduce, compress, and lock the 1st metatarsal phalangeal joint in the ideal position for arthrodesis.Features & Benefits:

MaxForce™ MTP Plates
The MaxForce MTP plates use two modes of compression to help provide maximized compression of the arthrodesis site. In addition to a standard oblong compression hole with eccentric drilling, these plates use a unique compression mechanism that allows surgeons to manually dial in compression for MTP fusions. The teeth in the plate align with the teeth on the compression device to work like gears. As the compression device is turned clockwise, the plate shifts proximally, compressing the MTP joint.
Mesh Plating System
Arthrex mesh plates are available in titanium or stainless steel and standard and shorts lengths. Surgeons may cut the plates to size. The plates are intended for use in stabilization of fresh fractures, revision procedures, osteotomies, joint fusion, and reconstruction of small bones and bone fragments of the hand/wrist, foot/ankle, and osteopenic bone.
Midfoot Plating Module
Arthrex has a wide array of midfoot plating options housed in the CFS set. The surgeon can choose from specific TMT plates, H-plates, Lapidus plates, dorsal midfoot fusion plates, medial column plates, or mesh plates. The instrumentation for these implants is straightforward and easy to use, assisting the surgeon with distraction, provisional fixation, and other elements of the procedure.
Mini Comprehensive Fixation System
The Arthrex Mini Comprehensive Fixation System (Mini CFS) is designed to be a comprehensive solution for Mini fragment fixation and fusion needs. Multiple modules within the system offer 1.0 mm screws, 1.4 mm plates/screws, 1.6 mm plates/screws, 2.0 mm plates/screws, and 2.4 mm plates/screws along with associated instrumentation.
Pilon Fusion Plating System

Plantar Lapidus Plate
The Plantar Lapidus Plate was designed to provide fixation for a Lapidus procedure. The plate is placed plantar on the first tarsometatarsal (TMT) joint and is fixed with two 3.5 mm locking screws at both the distal and proximal ends to optimize construct strength. The precontoured left and right plates allow secure plantar placement and spare the tibialis anterior tendon. The Plantar Lapidus Plate provides compression over the entire arthrodesis area utilizing a solid 4.0 mm compression screw through the plate. The plantar orientation avoids gapping of the arthrodesis site during early weightbearing.
Titanium Ankle Fracture System
The ankle fracture portfolio continues to expand with the addition of our titanium plates. Plate offerings include locking third tubular plates, 3.5 mm reconstruction plates, and the locking distal fibular plate. Each plate is designed for use with the Syndesmosis TightRope® XP implant and includes a compression hole in the proximal shaft of the plate. The distal fibular plate also includes 3.0 mm variable-angle locking screws distally and suture eyelets for the addition of the AITFL InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation.
