Back Grasper
The back grasper is a simple but effective arthroscopic tool to aid introducing grafts, implants, and instruments into the body. The reverse articulating jaw design allows “pulling” rather than “pushing” grafts, flexible cannulas, etc into the body.

The CrabClaw uses an opening jaw design to simplify arthroscopic knot tying and suture management. The jaw can be opened to grasp the suture strand anywhere along its length, avoiding the time consuming task and “fiddle factor” associated with threading suture onto conventional knot pushers. The opening jaw is particularly useful when checking suture strands for tangles and for quickly changing the suture posts when tying arthroscopic knots. It is also possible to pre-tie multiple half-hitch knots and advance each one down the cannula quickly and efficiently, securing an arthroscopic knot.

The Crochet Hook is a simple tool that performs well in tight spaces to retrieve suture loops during arthroscopic Bankart, SLAP, rotator cuff, or any suturing procedure. The smooth tip prevents abrasion of suture strands and the ergonomic knurled handle facilitates instrument manipulation in the wet arthroscopic environment. The Push/Pull Crochet Hook was designed to push suture knots and/or retrieve suture with the same instrument.
FiberChain<sup>®</sup> Grasper
FiberChain® Grasper
The FiberChain Grasper is a modified Rotator Cuff Grasper with a hole in the jaws. It allows easy tensioning of FiberChain cinch stitches during SwiveLock rotator cuff repair procedures. It can also be used with the SpeedBridge Rotator Cuff Repair technique to help ensure that all slack FiberTape has been removed from under the rotator cuff.
FiberTape<sup>®</sup> Retriever
FiberTape® Retriever
The FiberTape® Retriever has a wide jaw specifically designed for easy FiberTape management during a SpeedBridge™ or SpeedFix™ procedure. The roller pin in the upper jaw allows FiberTape to slide freely. The tip is serrated to also allow its use as a grasper to securely grab a suture.
FiberWire<sup>®</sup> Grasper
FiberWire® Grasper
The FiberWire® Grasper is designed to grasp and retrieve multiple strands of FiberWire. The fully toothed design and long jaw assembly provides a substantial working range to easily grab suture within the glenohumeral or subacromial joint space.
KingFisher<sup>®</sup> Retriever/Graspers
KingFisher® Retriever/Graspers
With the uniquely designed jaws of the KingFisher grasper, surgeons are able to perform multiple tasks during arthroscopic surgery with one instrument. The KingFisher grasper/retriever is the optimal tool for arthroscopic tissue grasping/reduction, foreign body removal, and suture retrieval/management. The distal serrated tip of the jaws function as a tissue and suture grasper while the proximal section of the jaws facilitate slide-through suture retrieving.

The Rotator Cuff Grasper features a long shaft and a wide, deep jaw that allows for superior purchase when grasping tissue during rotator cuff surgery.

The SR Series Graspers feature a self-releasing lock mechanism that is easily disengaged by simply moving the handles apart. The NR series Graspers have non-locking handles for ease of use in difficult hand positions encountered during surgery. The WishBone Series Graspers feature a ratcheting lock mechanism that can be disengaged for non-locking operation.

Suture Retriever
The Suture Retriever is designed for atraumatic suture retrieval and manipulation during arthroscopic procedures. The jaws create a closed loop which allows the suture to slide freely during suture extraction. The uniquely designed tip is made to spread parallel strands of suture to facilitate retrieval. Its small diameter and low profile allow access into the tightest joint spaces.

Transosseous Suture Passer
The Transosseous Suture Passer features a malleable shaft, a durable Nitinol capture loop, comfortable handle, and is available sterile. The Nitinol loop is a robust design resulting in a reliable instrument allowing for multiple suture passes without failure. The applications for this instrument are well established and include any passing of grafts or suture through bony sockets and tunnels. With a ten-inch overall length this device is an attractive and economically minded alternative to the Hewson Suture Retriever.
