Zur Behandlung von Patienten mit einer Funktionsstörung der M.-tibialis-posterior-Sehne, bei denen diese über ihre funktionelle Länge hinaus gedehnt wurde, defekt oder rupturiert ist, bietet Arthrex das Tenodesis-Schraubensystem. Hierbei wird die FDL-Sehne in einen Knochenkanal im Os naviculare verlagert und mit einer Schraube aus dem Bio-Tenodesis-System fixiert.

Das subtalare ProStop Arthrorise-Implantat dient zur Korrektur des hyperpronierten Fußes durch Stabilisierung des Subtalargelenks. Es soll eine übermäßige Eversion des Rückfußes durch Blockierung der Talusverschiebung verhindern. Die Konusform der ProStop-Schraube entspricht der Anatomie des Tarsalkanals, sodass die Schraube gut sitzt und sich nicht lockert. Das stumpfe Gewindedesign unterstützt dabei den Implantat-Knochen-Kontakt.
