Procedure

Zur Behandlung von Patienten mit einer Funktionsstörung der M.-tibialis-posterior-Sehne, bei denen diese über ihre funktionelle Länge hinaus gedehnt wurde, defekt oder rupturiert ist, bietet Arthrex das Tenodesis-Schraubensystem. Hierbei wird die FDL-Sehne in einen Knochenkanal im Os naviculare verlagert und mit einer Schraube aus dem Bio-Tenodesis-System fixiert.

Der ProStop wird über eine kleine Inzision und einen stumpfen Führungsdraht zwischen Kalkaneus und Talus in den Tarsalkanal eingesetzt. Die Konusform des ProStops entspricht der Anatomie des Tarsalkanals, sodass das Implantat gut sitzt und nicht wandert. Das weiche Gewinde-Design bewirkt einen besseren Implantat-Knochen-Kontakt.
