Das CuffMend-System bietet eine effiziente, einfache Methode zur Augmentation von partiellen oder kompletten Rotatorenmanschettenrissen. Das System nutzt die Vorteile eines starken dermalen ArthroFlex-Allografts, das mechanische Festigkeit gewährleistet und den Heilungsprozess unterstützt.1,2 Das Transplantat wird mithilfe des Transplantatspreizers eingeführt und es wird ein FiberStitch-RC-Implantat zur medialen Fixierung des Weichteilgewebes an der Rotatorenmanschettensehne eingesetzt. Zur lateralen Fixierung im Knochen wird das Transplantat mithilfe von selbststanzenden PushLock-Ankern am Footprint im Bereich des Tuberculums befestigt. Die Implantation des CuffMend-Systems kann in weniger als 10&nbsp;Minuten erfolgen. Die wissenschaftliche Literatur beschreibt die Verwendung azellulärer Dermistransplantate als eine sichere und effiziente Lösung für die Rotatorenmanschettenaugmentation.3
