CuffMend™ Partial-Thickness Rotator Cuff Augmentation

The CuffMend system provides an efficient, simplified approach for augmenting partial-thickness rotator cuff tears. The system employs the benefits of a thick ArthroFlex® dermal allograft, which provides mechanical strength and allows healing.1-3 Components include a graft spreader, FiberStitch™ RC implants for medial soft-tissue fixation, and self-punching PushLock® anchors for lateral fixation over the tuberosity footprint. Implantation of the CuffMend system is designed to be completed in less than 10 minutes. Scientific literature demonstrates improved functional results and a decreased retear incidence using acellualr dermal grafts for rotator cuff augmentation.4
