Die anatomisch gebogenen, Low Profile ContourLock DFO-Platten sind für rechts und links und je nach gewünschter Korrektur in verschiedenen Größen erhältlich. Das zahnlose Design sorgt für mehr Flexibilität bei der Korrektur bis zu 20&nbsp;mm ohne Einbußen bei der Festigkeit.
Für die Sicherung der Korrektur der Osteotomie besitzen die femoralen Opening Wedge-Osteotomieplatten aus Titan eine gerade Zahnung.&nbsp;
Diese Platten werden mit Hilfe von winkelstabilen 6.5&nbsp;mm Spongiosaschrauben und 4.5&nbsp;mm Kortikalisschrauben aus Titan von fixiert. Alle Schrauben lassen sich mit Hilfe einer schwenkbaren Hülse in der gewünschten anatomischen Richtung abwinkeln und anschließend winkelstabil fixieren.

Die Low Profile femoralen Opening Wedge-Osteotomieplatten aus Edelstahl haben ein flaches Design und sind mit einer geraden Zahnung erhältlich, die die Fixierung der Osteotomie ermöglicht. Diese Platten, die mit Hilfe von 6.5&nbsp;mm Spongiosaschrauben und 4.5&nbsp;mm Kortikalisschrauben aus AO Standard-Edelstahl fixiert werden, eignen sich hervorragend für individuelle anatomische Verhältnisse, in denen mehrfache Biegungen nötig sind, um einen maßgeschneiderten Sitz zu erreichen.

ContourLock™-Platten und -Schrauben für die distale Femurosteotomie (DFO)

Das iBalance® HTO-System besteht aus nicht resorbierbaren Implantaten und Ankern aus Polyetheretherketon (PEEK), die zur Fixierung und Aufrechterhaltung der medial öffnenden proximalen tibialen Osteotomie während einer HTO-Versorgung in den Osteotomiespalt eingebracht werden. Das System bietet eine alternative Option zu traditionell verwendeten Platten und Schrauben.Die iBalance HTO-Implantate und -Anker verbleiben im Knochen, wodurch eine Zweitoperation zur Materialentfernung, wie sie in manchen Fällen aufgrund von Weichteilgewebereizungen über einer Platte notwendig ist, verhindert wird.
Um die Heilung zu beschleunigen, der Rekonstruktion zusätzliche Festigkeit zu verleihen und möglicherweise eine schnellere Belastung zu erreichen, können Biologika wie OSferion-Knochenersatz für Opening Wedge-Osteotomie (AR-13370-01-04), Arthrex® Quickset™, StimuBlast®, demineralisierte Knochenmatrix und Autologes Conditioniertes Plasma (Arthrex ACP®) verwendet werden.

iBalance™ HTO Implantate und Anker

Die iBalance® HTO-Operationstechnik beginnt mit einem speziell für die iBalance Implantate entwickelten Instrumentenset mit Schutzhaken, die eine sichere „Hülle“ bilden, sodass alle Schnitte sicher und reproduzierbar ausführbar sind und die Gefahr von Nerven- und Gefäßverletzungen sowie Frakturen des lateralen Bands erheblich reduziert wird. Die Instrumente ermöglichen darüber hinaus eine Ausrichtung der Osteotomie in sagittaler und frontaler Ebene, sodass die Tibianeigung erhalten bleibt. Die schrittweise angeleitete Technik des iBalance HTO-Systems erlaubt dem Operateur einen sicheren und reproduzierbaren Eingriff.
