Das QuickFix-Small-Staple-System ermöglicht schnelle, effiziente Keilosteotomien der ersten Phalanx (Akin oder Moberg). Die Implantate sind aus Edelstahl hergestellt und ermöglichen eine hervorragende Fixierung und Stabilität. Gleichzeitig verfügen sie über ein flaches Profil. Die QuickFix-Staples besitzen Widerhaken an ihren 10,5&nbsp;mm langen Schenkelspitzen, weisen einen Durchmesser von 1&nbsp;mm auf und sind in den Längen 8&nbsp;mm und 10&nbsp;mm erhältlich.

Procedure

Die Akin-Osteotomie ist eine medial schließende Keilosteotomie der proximalen Phalanx der Großzehe. Sie wird zur Korrektur eines Hallux valgus interphalangeus eingesetzt. Die Akin-Osteotomie ist in der Regel Bestandteil eines umfangreicheren Verfahrens zur Korrektur einer Hallux-valgus-Deformität. Die Osteotomie wird mit einer kanülierten LPS-QuickFix-Schraube, QuickFix Staple oder QuickFix Plaple fixiert.

Akin-Osteotomie

Die Moberg-Osteotomie ist eine dorsale Closing-Wedge-Osteotomie der proximalen Phalanx der Großzehe. Sie wird bei Hallux rigidus Grad&nbsp;2 und 3 eingesetzt, oft in Verbindung mit einer Cheilektomie oder einem anderen gelenkschonenden Eingriff. Die Osteotomie kann je nach Präferenz der Operateur:innen mit einem offenen oder einem minimal-invasiven Zugang vorgenommen werden. In beiden Fällen kann die Fixierung mithilfe von Arthrex Compression FT- oder PT-Schrauben oder mit DynaNite Nitinol-Klammern vorgenommen werden.
