Das IntraOsseous BioPlasty (IOBP)-Verfahren stellt eine biologische Lösung für die Behandlung von Knochenmarkverletzungen dar. The IntraOsseous BioPlasty (IOBP®) technique is used to treat subchondral bone pathologies that are a result of acute or chronic injury, such as bone marrow lesions in the talus associated with persistent bone bruising or an insufficiency fracture.&nbsp;
The IOBP&nbsp;procedure encourages physiologic bone remodeling and repair through a core decompression of the lesion and a direct application of concentrated platelet-rich plasma (cPRP) from bone marrow aspirate (BMA) mixed with AlloSync™ Pure demineralized bone matrix for a biologic graft that supports healing of the subchondral bone.
