IntraOsseous BioPlasty®-Technik für Fuß und Sprunggelenk

Die IntraOsseous BioPlasty IOBP®-Technik wird zur Behandlung von subchondralen Knochenpathologien eingesetzt, die Folge akuter oder chronischer Verletzungen sind, darunter Knochenmarkläsionen im Talus in Verbindung mit anhaltenden Knochenprellungen oder einer Stressfraktur.

Das IOBP-Verfahren fördert den physiologischen Knochenumbau und die Reparatur durch eine Kerndekompression der Läsion und die direkte Anwendung von konzentriertem thrombozytenreichem Plasma (cPRP) aus Knochenmarkaspirat gemischt mit Allosync Pure DBM als biologischem Transplantat zur Unterstützung des subchondralen Knochens.
