Extrazelluläre Matrix BioCartilage®

Die extrazelluläre Matrix BioCartilage wurde entwickelt, um eine reproduzierbare, einfache und kostengünstige Methode zur Ergänzung traditioneller Verfahren der Mikrofrakturierung bereitzustellen. Die aus Allograft-Knorpel entwickelte BioCartilage-Matrix enthält die extrazelluläre Matrix, die natürlicherweise in Gelenkknorpel vorkommt, sowie einige Hauptkomponenten wie Typ-II-Kollagen, Proteoglykane und zusätzliche kartilaginäre Wachstumsfaktoren. Die BioCartilage-Matrix dient als Gerüst, das über einem mikrofrakturierten Defekt platziert wird und als Bindegewebe autologe zelluläre Interaktionen auslösen sowie den Grad und die Qualität der Gewebeheilung in einem sorgfältig präparierten Gelenkknorpeldefekt verbessern kann.
