The Knotless 1.8 FiberTak® soft anchor, Gen2 is the latest in knotless tensionable technology for instability. This design combines trusted knotless technology with the latest in suture innovation. The updates help improve implant insertion, help improve handling characteristics, and provide premium instrumentation with additional stability.
Knotless Corkscrew® Anchor
The partially threaded Knotless Corkscrew anchor provides knotless soft-tissue fixation and has a tensionable suture-locking mechanism. Suture is passed and shuttled into the locking mechanism, allowing users to control the tension of knotless repairs. These anchors can be used for PASTA, remplissage, upper subscapularis, and SCR repairs.
Knotless FiberTak® Soft Anchor
Knotless FiberTak soft anchors combine the benefits of all-suture anchors with knotless soft-tissue fixation. A tensionable, suture-locking mechanism allows users to control the repair tension under direct visualization.
Knotless SutureTak® Anchor
The Knotless SutureTak anchor simplifies arthroscopic glenohumeral joint instability repair by combining a proven1 and reproducible suture anchor design and insertion procedure with knotless soft tissue fixation. Use the guide and drill to create a pilot hole precisely on the glenoid rim and insert the suture anchor through the guide maintaining the same portal and drill trajectory. Pass the suture and shuttle it into the locking mechanism, allowing controlled tension of the suture repair for knotless soft-tissue fixation under direct visualization. This anchor may also be used in an interconnecting fashion to create bridging constructs for PASTA and remplissage repairs.
Knotless SwiveLock® Suture Anchor
The Knotless SwiveLock suture anchor for tensionable knotless soft-tissue repair is the most universal and adaptable knotless suture anchor on the market. The knotless mechanism is appealing to surgeons for unique tissue tear patterns while still achieving the core fixation from a SpeedBridge™ Rotator Cuff Repair.
Labral SwiveLock® Anchor
The screw-in, knotless Labral SwiveLock anchor is specially designed for treating shoulder instability and is used similar to a Labral PushLock® anchor. Offering the same knotless advantages as the Labral PushLock anchor (eg, low profile, quick, suture-first technique with multiple stitch configuration options), this anchor provides the added benefits of higher pullout strength and vents that may allow bony ingrowth. The anchor is available in biocomposite or PEEK material.
Designed for arthroscopic instability or rotator cuff repair, the knotless PushLock suture anchor uniquely allows surgeons to adjust tension on the tissue intraoperatively, ensuring precise tissue reduction and fixation.
The 4.5 mm PushLock® SP was developed to help speed completion of a SutureBridge rotator cuff repair, while increasing the precision of the final construct. The PushLock SP combines a small titanium tip with either a PLLA, BioComposite or PEEK anchor body. The titanium tip minimizes the need to prepare a bone socket for the lateral row, where soft tissue can sometimes obscure the view. This eliminates the possibility of losing the bone socket after pre-punching, as is required for a standard PushLock anchor. The self-punching feature also helps maintain proper axial alignment of the anchor during its final insertion into the bone socket.
SpeedBridge™ Implant System
Maximize OR convenience and efficiency with the SpeedBridge implant system, which contains the implants and sutures required to complete a SpeedBridge rotator cuff repair in a single, sterile tray. The BioComposite SpeedBridge implant systems include 4.75 mm vented BioComposite SwiveLock® anchors with preloaded FiberTape® loops, which ease suture passage for the medial row, and 4.75 mm BioComposite SwiveLock C or 5.5 mm BioComposite SwiveLock SP (self-punching) anchors for the lateral row. For convenience, the required punch is also included in the sterile package.
SwiveLock® C Anchor
The fully threaded, knotless SwiveLock C anchor is designed for use with FiberWire® or FiberTape® sutures during rotator cuff repair with the SpeedFix™, SutureBridge™, or SpeedBridge™ technique. The Labral SwiveLock anchor is available for instability repair and provides very high pullout and insertion strength while saving time.1 SwiveLock anchors are cannulated and vented to minimize material and allow for potential bony ingrowth.2 The anchors are available in multiple sizes, and in bioabsorbable biocomposite or PLLA and nonabsorbable PEEK materials.
SwiveLock® SP Anchor
The self-punching 4.75 mm and 5.5 mm SwiveLock SP anchor combines a titanium tip with a biocomposite, PLLA, PEEK, or titanium anchor body to eliminate the need for prepunching a bone socket. This self-punching design can help save valuable OR time, while increasing the precision of the final construct. The SwiveLock SP anchor can be combined with FiberTape® suture to complete a SpeedFix™ repair or SpeedBridge™ knotless rotator cuff repair.
2.6 FiberTak® RC Soft Anchors
2.6 FiberTak RC anchors are specifically designed for surgeons who prefer an all-suture anchor for the medial row of a double-row, bridging rotator cuff repair. They are combined with knotless SwiveLock® C anchors for the lateral row. The unique 2.6 FiberTak RC anchor has a 1.7 FiberTape® suture fixed to the sheath so that it cannot slide, making it easy to tension the lateral row for a totally knotless construct. The 2.6 FiberTak RC anchor is available with a tensionable knotless mechanism or a sliding 1.3 mm SutureTape that can be incorporated into the repair, or discarded, for ultimate flexibility.
