Arthroscopic Suprapectoral Biceps Tenodesis Using a Cortical Button

Stephen Brockmeier, MD, (Charlottesville, VA) demonstrates his arthroscopic suprapectoral biceps tenodesis technique using a cortical button. He uses a Loop ‘N’ Tack stitch to secure the biceps tendon and fixes the tendon to the bone with the Proximal Tenodesis Button. The biceps tendon is left intact until the tenodesis is complete to help maintain the proper length/ tension relationship.
