<p>The ArthroFX™ external fixation system is used as a provisional option for the treatment of pilon fractures. The system includes 11‐mm carbon fiber rods and 4‐mm, 5‐mm and 6-mm Schanz screws with combination or multi‐pin clamps for a streamlined solution necessary to restore length, alignment and rotation of the fragments before ORIF is performed.</p>
