Usando um dos diversos dispositivos para passagem de sutura da Arthrex^®, os pontos são dados no labro com uma configuração de sutura simples ou pontos na base labral em apenas uma passagem ou em sutura de colchoeiro vertical. Se a SutureTak^® for utilizada, a âncora deverá ser colocada antes da passagem do ponto. Se uma âncora PushLock^® for utilizada, o ponto deverá ser dando antes da inserção da âncora.
