O sistema de placa para cotovelo Arthrex é um sistema de placa abrangente para úmero distal e olécrano. Para o úmero distal, estão disponíveis opções de placa de 90° e de 180°, bem como comprimentos de placas extra-articulares de até 294 mm. As placas para olécrano dorsal e osteotomia do olécrano completam o portfólio.
O portfólio para cotovelo da Arthrex é o mais abrangente do mercado. Composto por cerclagem FiberTape®, âncoras de tecido mole, aumento de ligamento InternalBrace™ para reparos do MUCL e do LUCL, materiais biológicos e placas e parafusos auxiliares; este portfólio foi projetado para atender aos desafios dos seus casos de trauma de cotovelo mais complexos.
A técnica cirúrgica InternalBrace destina-se apenas ao aumento da reconstrução/reparo primário através da expansão da área de aproximação do tecido durante o período de cicatrização e não tem o objetivo de substituir o ligamento original. A técnica InternalBrace se destina ao uso durante procedimentos de fixação de tecidos moles em osso e não tem validação para fixação osso/osso.
