A haste para fíbula FibuLock oferece tratamento minimamente invasivo de última geração para fraturas de tornozelo. É inserido na fíbula através de uma incisão mínima e atua como uma tala interna para estabilizar a fratura durante a cicatrização. Essa técnica minimamente invasiva pode reduzir as complicações da ferida geralmente associadas às técnicas de placa de fixação interna (ORIF) de redução aberta padrão.1 As “garras” proximais permitem uma fixação estável para restaurar o comprimento, o alinhamento e a rotação.
