O sistema de tratamento da fratura de tornozelo contém tanto as placas mediais com gancho quanto os parafusos canulados em aço inoxidável para a realização de osteotomia do maléolo medial. Os parafusos de titânio de 4,0 mm também podem ser usados a partir do conjunto de parafusos canulados QuickFix ou os parafusos Trim-It de 4,5 mm se desejarem uma opção bioabsorvível.
