The Mini Joint Distractor is a unique device that is adaptable for distraction and compression of osteotomies and fusion sites. It offers great flexibility for joint preparation, visualization, and intraoperative compression of the fracture or fusion site. Surgeons have the option to use 1.6 mm, 2.4 mm, or 3.0 mm guidewires or a 3.0 mm traction screw.

Arthroscopic ankle fusion has many proven benefits when compared to open fusion techniques. Arthrex's comprehensive product line provides surgeons with all the necessary tools for safe and effective arthroscopic fusion of the ankle joint.
The ankle arthroscopy set includes multiple curettes and osteotomes to facilitate preparation of arthritic joints. The PoweRasp™ and PowerPick™ devices allow for simple cartilage removal and marrow stimulation at the distal tibia and talus.
After appropriate preparation of the fusion site, surgeons can use the GPS Targeting System to pinpoint placement of K-wires. Once the K-wires are in place, fusion can be achieved using the Arthrex 7.0 mm Compression FT Screws.

Arthroscopic Ankle Fusion

BioSync reconstructive wedges provide an alternative to allograft/autograft bone most commonly for Evans and Cotton procedures. An innovative porous titanium wedge that consists of a three-dimensional, open-celled, titanium scaffold for bone and tissue ingrowth. This osteoconductive environment is designed to enhance the potential for bone integration and attempts to minimize loss of correction made.

Calcaneal fractures are typically the result of high-energy mechanisms such as a fall from a height or an automobile accident. Arthrex offers many solutions for these injuries, including:

 <li>5.0/7.0 mm Compression FT Screws</li>
 <li>4.5/6.7 mm LPS Cannulated Screws</li>

Calcaneal Fracture

A calcaneal osteotomy is a common technique used to treat stage II flatfoot deformity. Arthrex's recently launched Minimally Invasive Surgery platform allows surgeons to perform this osteotomy through a tiny incision. Surgeons can then achieve fixation using the 7.0 mm Compression FT screws or the 6.5 Compression PT screws.
Alternatively, surgeons desiring a graduated shift can use the calcaneal step plate via a lateral approach.

Calcaneal Osteotomy for Flatfoot

The DualCompression hindfoot fusion nail is intended to facilitate tibiotalocalcaneal arthrodesis to treat severe foot/ankle deformity, arthritis, instability, and skeletal defects. The superelastic nitinol inner core of the nail provides sustained compression across both joints when instrumentation is removed during bone resorption or joint settling.

DualCompression Hindfoot Nail

Subtalar arthrodesis is the fusion of the subtalar joint, between the talus and calcaneus. Subtalar arthrodesis can be fixated with Arthrex 7.0 mm XL Compression FT screws.
