The titanium Compression FT (fully threaded) screws come in 2.5 mm Micro, 3.5 mm Mini, 4.0 mm Standard, 5.0 mm Large, and 7.0 mm XL. Also in this set are new phalangeal reamers. Offered in sizes 6 mm , 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm, these reamers create a cup and cone shape at the fusion site like MTP reamers for 1st MTP fusions.

Digital Repair System

The DynaNite nitinol compression plates take advantage of the superelastic property of nitinol to create dynamic compression across a fusion site. Each plate comes packaged with a compression device. When the compression device is removed, the bridge is allowed to widen to its manufactured natural state. As the plate widens, it shortens to compress the fusion site.
The DynaNite nitinol compression plates are offered in 5 different plate geometries of varying lengths. The plates can be fixated with 3.0 mm or 3.0 mm hybrid cortical and VAL screws.
The Arthrex DynaNite compression plates are intended to be used in conjunction with the Arthrex Compression FT screws.

DynaNite® Nitinol Compression Plates

Arthrex offers a multitude of fixation options for 1st metatarsal osteotomy corrections. For surgeons that prefer a minimally invasive approach, Arthrex offers a comprehensive product line for percutaneous osteotomies and fixation with Compression FT screws.
For surgeons that prefer a traditional plating approach, Arthrex offers the versatile proximal 1st metatarsal osteotomy plate. Ludloff, Mau, proximal, crescentic, proximal Chevron, and Scarf osteotomies can all be fixated using the same plate. Arthrex also offers proximal opening wedge osteotomy plates to reduce the IM angle.

First Metatarsal Osteotomy

Post-traumatic arthritis is a common complication following Lisfranc injury. When conservative measures fail, patients may benefit from selective arthrodesis of symptomatic joints. Arthrex provides surgeons with low-profile plates, Nitinol staples, headless compression screws, and biologic augmentation to facilitate a successful fusion.

Lisfranc Arthrodesis

The Arthrex MIS product portfolio continues to grow with the introduction of the Minimally Invasive Bunionectomy System. This trajectory system helps achieve correction and fixation placement using a percutaneous approach. Designed to work with this specific system, the beveled fully threaded screws are angled to provide zero-profile fixation. Additionally, a dedicated power unit and instrumentation are available. The MIS line is further supported by Medical Education courses focused on minimally invasive techniques.

Minimally Invasive Surgery

A Moberg osteotomy is a dorsal closing wedge osteotomy of the proximal phalanx of the great toe. It is used for hallux rigidus, grades 2 and 3, often in conjunction with a cheilectomy or other joint-sparing procedure. The osteotomy can be completed with an open or MIS approach, depending on surgeon preference. In either case, fixation can be achieved with Arthrex Compression FT or PT screws or with DynaNite® Nitinol staples.
