The Meniscal Cinch II implant offers a linear deployment mechanism to provide ergonomic handling and simplicity. The low-profile cannula allows flexibility in tight locations in the knee and the crimped cannula supports active implant deployment. The 1 mm × 5 mm PEEK implants are secured by 2-0 coreless FiberWire® suture with a pre-tied, modified Weston sliding knot that tensions easily and facilitates secure, low-profile vertical or horizontal suture repairs.

The FiberStitch implant is an innovative all-inside meniscal repair system that replaces hard PEEK implants with soft suture sheaths. 2-0 FiberWire® sutures provide secure arthroscopic all-suture meniscus repair. The ergonomic handle is designed for single-handed implant delivery, and active implant deployment technology minimizes needle exposure beyond the meniscus, eliminating the need to past-point the needle.
To reach various parts of the meniscus, the FiberStitch delivery needle is available in 4 optimized angles: 24° up curve, 12° up curve, 12° reverse curve, and straight.

The low-profile 3.2 mm Knee Scorpion™ jaw allows the passage of 0 and 2-0 FiberWire® suture in tight recesses of the knee. The one-handed, ergonomically designed suture passer is offered with reliable FastPass technology. FastPass Scorpion™ technology allows passing suture through tissue and capturing the suture in one simple pass, eliminating the need for the extra steps of suture retrieval and suture shuttling. Multiple different suture configurations are possible using the Knee Scorpion suture passer.

Meniscal All-Suture Repair

The Meniscal Cinch device allows surgeons to consistently repair meniscus tears with an all-inside arthroscopic technique, eliminating the need for accessory incisions required for traditional inside/out techniques that often result in additional morbidity. Depending on the tear pattern and location, the Meniscal Cinch all-inside repair gives surgeons the option of horizontal or vertical mattress repair with 2-0 FiberWire® suture. The preset sliding knot and FiberWire suture properties create a secure, low-profile knot that can be countersunk into the meniscus. Depending on exact location and pattern, posterior horn tears can be repaired through standard ipsilateral or contralateral arthroscopy portals. The Meniscal Cinch device is placed through the contralateral or accessory contralateral portal for tears involving the body of the meniscus.
