Biologic tuberoplasty harnesses the power of the ArthroFlex dermal allograft to provide a biologic cushion between the acromion and the tuberosity that can prevent bone-on-bone contact due to an irreparable rotator cuff tear.&nbsp;&nbsp;Self-punching tensionable knotless anchor technology allows the ArthroFlex graft to be placed in a quick, effective, and reproducible technique preventing shoulder impingement syndrome, often associated with shoulder pain.&nbsp;

Achieve labral fixation by placing sutures through the labrum in simple or labral base stitch configurations using any Arthrex suture passer. Standard and Knotless SutureTak® and FiberTak® anchors should be placed prior to passing the repair suture, while PushLock® anchors should be placed after passing the repair suture.

Labral Fixation

Bone block cerclage is an innovative arthroscopic surgical technique that preserves the integrity of the subscapularis and provides a metal-free fixation of the bone graft.1 Two interconnected FiberTape® and TigerTape™ cerclage sutures provide firm compression of the graft and strong fixation that minimizes construct displacement at high loads.2,3
The FiberTape Cerclage for Glenoid Bone Loss Implant System contains all the necessary implants and disposables for the procedure (except <a href="https://www.arthrex.com/shoulder/knotless-18-fibertak-soft-anchor">capsulolabral repair anchors</a>). To help provide a reproducible surgical technique, the kit includes an arthroscopic measuring probe, two 3-mm cannulated drills of different lengths to facilitate unobstructed drilling, and the MegaLoader suture-passing loop to aid in the passage of sutures into instruments and bone grafts.
