ArthroFLEX® Decellularized Dermal Allograft
ArthroFlex dermal allograft is an acellular dermal extracellular matrix intended for supplemental support and covering for soft-tissue repair. MatrACELL®* technology, a patented and validated process, renders the ArthroFlex allograft dermis acellular without compromising biomechanical or biochemical properties. This process allows the matrix to retain its growth factors, native collagen scaffold, and elastin, which are required for healing.1 Arthroflex dermal allograft improves the strength of the repair and protects it to allow healing.2,3 MatrACELL technology removes donor DNA from the dermal matrix, ensuring a biocompatible scaffold to facilitate repair.
Biovance®* Amniotic Membrane
Biovance human amniotic membrane allograft serves as a natural scaffold with an intact basement membrane that has been found to support a high level of fibroblast and keratinocyte attachment.1 Biovance amniotic membrane acts as a barrier membrane during the wound regeneration process and supports tissue growth.2
CentaFlex™* Placental Matrix
CentaFlex decellularized human placental matrix allograft is derived from human umbilical cord and has the strength to support repair without the trade-off of overly thick tissue. Centaflex placental matrix serves as a cell-friendly structure to allow noninflammatory cell attachment, proliferation, and growth.
Interfyl®*Connective Tissue Matrix
Interfyl connective tissue matrix is used to fill irregular spaces or soft-tissue deficits resulting from wounds, trauma, or surgery. Interfyl connective tissue matrix is suited for a variety of surgical applications when there is a need to replace or supplement damaged or inadequate integumental tissue.
Arthrex offers a variety of tendon allografts, including a wide portfolio of presutured tendons, for primary and revision ligament repairs and reconstruction procedures. Allograft tendons provide many benefits over autograft tendons in reconstructive procedures, including less donor-site morbidity,1,2 fewer incisions, shorter operative time,1,2 larger and predictable graft sizes,2 and decreased postoperative pain and stiffness.2 Potential uses for allograft tendons include procedures for the ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL; elbow ligament repair; and lateral ankle stabilization procedures. Arthrex offers our customers an option of sterile tendons or aseptically processed tendons. Sterile tendons from our tissue bank alliance partners are processed using methods used to render the tissue sterile without causing biomechanical or biochemical changes to the tissue. Presutured constructs are an off-the-shelf solution with minimal preparation time that provide surgeons with a high-quality, consistent, sterile, and strong allograft tendon. They are preassembled by qualified tissue technicians for consistency and are sterilized under low-dose, low-temperature irradiation for patient safety.
GraftNet™ Autologous Tissue Collector
The suction-activated GraftNet device is designed to collect autologous tissue for a multitude of applications. When connected to an arthroscopic shaver, the GraftNet device may be used to remove tissue debris from a surgical site. This recovered autologous tissue is collected in an easily accessed, sterile filtered chamber. The GraftNet autologous tissue collector makes gaining access to autograft tissue as simple as Resect and Collect™.
