ArthroCell bone allograft is a viable cellular bone allograft that contains cellular, scaffold, and gel components derived from human bone. The scaffold is comprised of a proprietary blend of microparticulate cortical, cancellous, and demineralized cortical allograft bone. The bone-derived gel component is hydrophobic, resists irrigation, and allows ArthroCell bone allograft to be molded for optimal handling. The cellular component consists of mesenchymal stem cells, osteoprogenitor cells, and a cell population that includes marrow-isolated adult multilineage-inducible (MIAMI) cells.
