Meniscus Ramp Lesion Repair

In this animation we will show a ramp lesion repair of the meniscus. The meniscus tissue that helps stabilize the knee. A ramp lesion is a specific tear in the back of the meniscus. Once the tear is identified, your surgeon uses a series of instruments to place sutures through the torn meniscus. The sutures are then tied, repairing the torn tissue. Your surgeon may repeat this step with additional sutures if needed. This completes the procedure for a ramp lesion repair.
