WGCU/PBS Kids Reading Nooks Open Thanks to Arthrex's Support

Five Southwest Florida libraries are now home to WGCU Public Media/PBS Reading Nooks thanks to support from Arthrex. The libraries include Ft. Myers Beach Library, East Naples Library, Barron Library in Labelle, FL, Glades County Library in Moore Haven, FL and Mid-County Regional Library in Port Charlotte, FL.

The WGCU and PBS Kids Reading Nooks give children the opportunity to increase their literacy skills with fun, engaging multimedia resources in an inviting area to read, learn and play.
Director of Recruiting Connie Byrne and Recruiting Associate Alyssa Norus attended the East Naples Library’s WGCU/PBS Kids Reading Nook grand opening event last week and shared, “We’re proud to support community-based educational programs like WGCU’s PBS Kids Reading Nooks and are excited to see the impact this program will make on local children,” says Connie Byrne, Arthrex’s Our dedication to Making People Better around the globe starts right here in Southwest Florida.”
