What does a typical day at Arthrex look like for you?
When not traveling globally (Santa Barbara, CA, Fort Myers, FL, Germany, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Australia and South Africa) supporting our customers and repair centers, a typical day for me consists of answering emails from teams around the world and attending meetings to help provide the best service possible by continuing to improve the customer experience and lead a dedicated Service & Repair team.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love being able to make a difference at Arthrex, from executing a project, improving a process, supporting a team member, to motivating the team with my energy and work ethic.
What has been a highlight during your time at Arthrex?
It has been exciting seeing Arthrex and ACI grow. One of my highlights has also been the fact that I’ve been able to grow professionally through hard work and support from great leaders and team members. I love being able to show that working hard, having a can-do attitude and taking advantage of opportunities can pay off.
What is the best advice you’ve received throughout your career?
I’ve had great leaders and team members in my 17+ years at Arthrex, so I’ve received a lot of good advice. One piece of advice that I have been able to apply to my work ethic is to be willing to extend myself to not only meet the current goal, but any future goals to come.
What do you do in your downtime?
I enjoy spending time with my wife, 10-year-old daughter and friends. We love watching movies and binge-watching television shows at home, going on Disney vacations (amusement parks and cruises) and attending live sporting events (football, basketball, Yankee baseball games, Ultimate Fighting Championships and boxing). I also try to be very active with strength training, playing basketball and softball, mountain bike riding, snowboarding and coaching the ACI softball team and my daughter’s soccer team.
