Arthrex Named Employer of the Year and Family Friendly Business in 2012
Arthrex has
been named the Naples Alliance for Children (NAFC) Employer of the Year 2012, as well as a Family Friendly Business for the third year in a row.
Businesses that
receive the Family Friendly Business designation
truly exemplify a family friendly workplace that supports employees and their
families. Arthrex met established criteria
put forth by NAFC to receive this designation.
“This designation recognizes employers who
find ways to help employees balance the needs of their families with the
demands of their jobs,” said NAFC Business Chair Myra Shapiro.
NAFC’s
mission is to take a leadership role in advocating for the improvement of the
quality of life for Collier County, Florida’s youth and their families. NAFC encourages all business, large and
small, to have workplace policies and programs which help employees to take an
active part in raising their children.
