Patient-Specific Instrumentation (PSI) Osteotomy Guides

In recent years, scientific literature has supported the growing use of patient-specific instrumentation (PSI) guides for knee osteotomy procedures to correct malalignment. PSI guides offer simplified preoperative planning and time savings,1 minimized patient radiation exposure,1,2 and more precision than conventional techniques,2,3 resulting in optimized clinical outcomes.4

About Arthrex PSI Osteotomy Guides

Arthrex PSI osteotomy guides provide a personalized solution for treating patients with knee malalignment and seamlessly integrate into existing osteotomy procedures. Using patient CT scans uploaded to a secure platform, the osteotomy cutting guides are 3D-printed to match patient anatomy and streamline operating room efficiency. Using customized guides increases postoperative range of motion and decreases pain levels compared with non–patient-specific osteotomy techniques.1,2 Guides are available for 4-hole plate, ContourLock™ HTO and DFO, and iBalance® HTO techniques.
