TenoWrap collagen tendon wrap is a resorbable type I collagen matrix that provides a nonconstricting encasement for tendons, a protected environment, and a gliding surface for the tendon sheath. Designed to be an interface between the tendon and surrounding tissue, TenoWrap grafts are a conformable, nonfriable, self-curling collagen sheet for easy placement under, around, or over an injured tendon.

OSferion is an osteoconductive bone graft substitute and bone void filler consisting of 100% beta-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP). With a micro- and macroporous structure, OSferion allows for excellent cell communication to promote vascularization and facilitates simultaneous controlled absorption and promotion of osteogenesis. 

 
 
Innovatively shaped OSferion trapezoids may be used as a bone void filler in bone-patellar tendon-bone (BTB) harvest sites. Each OSferion trapezoid is prepared in a sterile fashion using autogenous blood and placed within the harvest site by hand. They can be trimmed to size using a rongeur.

ACL Revision and Bone Repair

The BioACL technique harnesses the power of next-generation biologics to provide the ultimate anatomic, minimally invasive, reproducible approach for taking patient outcomes to the next level.
By prefilling ACL bone tunnels with a powerful composite of concentrated platelet-rich plasma (cPRP) from bone marrow aspirate (BMA) or whole blood processed with the Angel® system, the patient’s own bone collected with the GraftNet™ device, and AlloSync® Pure demineralized bone matrix, the BioACL technique provides all the necessary healing components for an ACL reconstruction procedure.
In conjunction with the QuadLink™ technique with the InternalBrace™ procedure, the BioACL technique has been shown to result in earlier range of motion, improved limb symmetry, less bone-tunnel widening, and improved patient-reported outcomes as compared to nonaugmented ACL procedures.1&nbsp;

The&nbsp;InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament. The&nbsp;InternalBrace technique is for use during soft tissue-to-bone fixation procedures and is not cleared for bone-to-bone fixation.

BioACL™ Technique

Arthrex offers a variety of tendon allografts, including a wide portfolio of presutured tendons, for primary and revision ligament repairs and reconstruction procedures. Allograft tendons provide many benefits over autograft tendons in reconstructive procedures, including less donor-site morbidity,1,2 fewer incisions, shorter operative time,1,2 larger and predictable graft sizes,2 and decreased postoperative pain and stiffness.2 Arthrex offers our customers an option of sterile tendons or aseptically processed tendons. Sterile tendons from our tissue bank alliance partners are processed using methods that render the tissue sterile without causing biomechanical or biochemical changes to the tissue. Presutured constructs are an off-the-shelf solution with minimal preparation time that provide surgeons with a high-quality, consistent, sterile, and strong allograft tendon.&nbsp;
