Job Description: As an Inventory Specialist at Sawtooth Surgical Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system. Your daily tasks will include managing inventory, conducting daily audits of supplies and implants, assisting the Operations Manager, collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate billing, managing inventory and resources efficiently, and working with accounts to collect and resolve unpaid sales orders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels to meet operational needs and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Conduct daily audits of supplies and implants to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating inventory-related activities and implementing process improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies.
• Work with accounts receivable to collect and resolve unpaid sales orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and update inventory management systems accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in inventory management processes.

Requirements

• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems is a plus but not required.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred but not required.
