We're seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us for a 6-month term and assist in sourcing and attracting exceptional candidates to join our growing organization.

 

Summary:

This role is dedicated to providing comprehensive recruitment support and solutions to facilitate the selection and engagement of highly skilled employees for Arthrex. It entails delivering proactive, client-focused recruitment services grounded in capability assessment, while also offering contemporary strategies and advice across all areas of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of channels to source talent and effectively screen candidates, ensuring a robust selection process.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aimed at creating talent pipelines to meet both current and future staffing needs.
  • Cultivate long-term, trustful relationships with potential employees and hiring managers to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Provide recruitment support in various APAC countries, considering local language requirements and capabilities.

 

The ultimate goal of this role is to build and maintain a talent pool that aligns with Arthrex's present and future staffing requirements, while fostering strong connections between potential employees and the organization.

Requirements

Experience and requirements:

  • Sound experience in recruitment best practice and experience in medical device industry an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a similarly-related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors an advantage.
