About the Role
The main objective is to supervise the Clinical Nurse team and provide technical and clinical support to surgeons to meet needs using Arthrex instruments, implants and consumables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with sales leads to allocate Clinical Nurse Specialists to appropriate hospitals based on need and experience level
- Set up and roll out daily rosta for Clinical Nurse Specialists to attend cases
- Lead Clinical Nurse Specialists to update Kardex and stock take within hospital
- Training sales and Clinical Nurse Specialists on product and case support
- Assists surgeons in performing surgical techniques in the field of sports medicine using Arthrex instruments, implants and consumables
- Guide surgeons in using new products and techniques
- Ensure appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and recommends appropriate products to address them
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques
- Adhere to compliance policy and guidelines at all times
Requirements
About You
- Min Diploma in Nursing or Degree from a recognised University
- 3+ years related working experience
- Registered nurse with valid SNB cerification
- Professional experience in the sports medicine field is advantageous
- Experience of managing teams
- Experience of training others on product
- Understanding of anatomy, pathophysiology, conditions and biomechanics that relates to Arthrex products
- Proactive, well structure and independent working style
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
- Excellent team player
- Confident and competent appearance
- Assertive
- Good English communication skills – verbal and written
- Highly customer orientated
- Proven ability to problem solve
- Organization skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work after office hours and weekends when needed
