We are seeking a humble, driven, and trustworthy Product Sales Specialist - Capital/Image and Resection to join our team in North Carolina. Main Objective:

The Product Sales Specialist - Capital/Image and Resection will be responsible for assisting oversee and manage the Imaging and Resection product sales performance, training, and other activities with the sales force, surgeons, and accounts within the agency.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist setting sales strategy for agency Imaging and Resection business. Follow up with representatives, leadership and I&R Director frequently to ensure strategy is being executed. When needed identify weaknesses and offer evidence-based solutions.

· Maximize training to ensure growth and competency of product line for all agency personnel.

· Launch Imaging and Resection new products within agency. Re-launch when necessary.

· Present Synergy capital products as well as bundled strategy at high level meetings. This also includes communicating with high level admin and IT regarding imaging product HIPAA compliance, integration, and networking capabilities.

· Strategically identify customer needs and work to price options and solutions – selling the value of the many solutions Arthrex has to offer. Creatively building quotations to meet the needs of the account.

· Conduct trials and closing activities at key accounts and reporting back to agency ownership and I&R Management on representative sales readiness as it relates to Imaging and Resection.

· Training representatives on Imaging and Resection products and sales cycle as needed.

· Collecting key competitive information and ensuring that knowledge drives both sales effectiveness and product development direction.

· Ability to organize multiple trials across multiple product lines simultaneously with a high level or organization.

· Organize inventory, samples, product evaluation equipment and lab environment with the help of Medical Education directory.
