True North Surgical is a Medical Device Company that exclusively represents Arthrex products in Northern Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and a portion of Eastern Minnesota. We are committed to helping our surgeons treat their patients better.

The Imaging and Resection (I&R) Manager is responsible for maintaining and selling all video and capital equipment in our local accounts. They are to achieve monthly and annual predetermined Imaging and Resection quotas.  They must establish, build, and maintain relationships with the other Product and Territory Managers through excellent communications and in-person meetings. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market-leading product portfolio in all I&R related products. The I&R Manager will be consulting with surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our video towers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following list. Additionally, demonstrating an adherence to, and mentoring of, the True North Surgical culture is of the most importance. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set sales strategy for agency Imaging and Resection business. Follow up with representatives, leadership, and I&R Regional Manager frequently to ensure the strategy is being executed. When needed identify weaknesses and offer evidence-based solutions.
  • Maximize training to ensure growth and competency of product line for all agency personnel.
  • Launch Imaging and Resection new products within agency. Re-launch when necessary.
  • Present Synergy products and synergy.net as well as bundled strategy at high-level meetings. This also includes communicating with high-level admin and IT regarding imaging product, HIPAA compliance, integration, and networking capabilities.
  • Strategically identify customer needs and work to price options and solutions - selling the value of the many solutions Arthrex has to offer. Creatively building quotes to meet the needs of the account.
  • Conduct purposeful trials with key accounts and prioritize reporting back to the agency.
    • Manage and participate fully in trials, including uncovering information prior to trial, pre-call planning, preparation of all marketing materials, quotes and information needed for the trial, and post-trial follow up.
  • Evaluate the success of each trial by Team and Account. Ensure future success and implement change for future wins.
  • Training representatives on Imaging and Resection products and sales cycle as needed.
  • Collecting key competitive information and ensuring that knowledge drives both sales effectiveness and product development direction.
  • Ability to organize multiple trials across multiple product lines simultaneously with a high level or organization.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership in guiding and engaging the audience

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Management, Sales, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Medical Sciences, Biology, etc.)
  • Experience as a representative in the orthopedic industry
  • Experience with video/capital sales
  • Surgery/operating room experience
