Description

The Distal Extremities Sales Director will create, promote and manage all sales initiatives, activities and objectives in conjunction with the Vice President of Sales. Management will include but not be limited to focused sales progression tracking, key product performance, key account penetration, KOL relationships and development of Distal Extremities Managers and Technology Consultants.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Become an expert in all product categories.
• Achieve assigned quota objectives.
• Generate focused daily and monthly sales analysis.
• Work closely with all levels of the organization (operations, sales management and consultants) to efficiently launch new products and re-launch existing products.
• Create, promote, and manage the annual focused product initiatives.
• Create and implement strategies in efficiency including but not limited to: daily activities (schedules), inventory management within the team, direct account product purchases vs. delivery of products and implementing strict 20-day PO collection process.
• Monthly update report to the VP of Sales due the first week of each month. Main topics to be covered are the previous 30 days achievements and plans/objectives for the upcoming month.
• Work closely with the Arthrex DEX Sales and Product Management teams to create a better flow of information and initiatives.
• Represent Gotham Surgical, an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, at various industry meetings.
