Removal of Loose Bodies

As part of the arthroscopic debridement procedure, the removal of loose bodies is indicated when joint pain or joint locking persists despite non-operative treatment. This is accomplished by establishing multiple portals and extracting the loose bodies using the Arthrex Hip Instruments including the NavX instrumentation. This may require the use of a posterior portal.
