Revision Endoscopic Transforaminal Decompression for Recurrent Cervicothoracic Tumor

Mahan, MD (Salt Lake City, UT), presents a revision endoscopic transforaminal case in a young patient with acute spinal cord compression following rapid recurrence of an aggressive cervicothoracic tumor. Endoscopic debulking was performed to achieve urgent decompression while minimizing surgical morbidity and allowing timely initiation of adjuvant oncologic therapy.
