Speaker  In reverse shoulder arthroplasty. We're increasingly emphasizing maximizing the subcoracoid space. We can do that in the glenoid, but I also like to pay attention to how I do that on the humeral side. So in the Univers Revers system, there are variable offsets with the suture cup. Now most of the time the anatomy matches up. So you could use a posterior offset cup. However, my preference, as long as I can preserve the anterior bone, is to use a central cup or even in some cases, use an opposite sided cup so I can get as close as I can anteriorly. And that will allow me to preserve my space because I have less bone in the front of the shoulder that can thereby reduce subcoracoid or conjoint tendon impingement.
