Arthrex bietet 6,7-mm-LPS-Schrauben, die speziell zur Fixierung für das Fuß- und Sprunggelenk im Rahmen einer medialisierenden Kalkaneusosteotomie (MCO) entwickelt wurden. Der Operateur kann eine Technik mit einer oder zwei Schrauben anwenden.

Kalkaneusosteotomie bei Plattfußdeformität

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Arthrodese des Subtalargelenks. Das Gelenk wird debridiert. Dies kann offen oder arthroskopisch erfolgen. Dann wird durch Fixierung mit kanülierten 6,7 -mm-Schrauben von Arthrex eine Fusion des Kalkaneus und Talus durchgeführt.
