Procedure

<p>Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Arthrodese des Subtalargelenks. Das Gelenk wird debridiert. Dies kann offen oder arthroskopisch erfolgen. Dann wird durch Fixierung mit kanülierten 6,7 -mm-Schrauben von Arthrex eine Fusion des Kalkaneus und Talus durchgeführt.</p>
