Das Sprunggelenkfrakturmanagementsystem wurde als Komplettlösung für die Behandlung von Sprunggelenkfrakturen konzipiert. Alle Fibulaplatten sind auf eine nahtlose Kompatibilität mit unseren bewährten TightRope-Syndesmosenimplantaten ausgelegt.
Das Set enthält:

 <li>Winkelstabile 3.5&nbsp;mm Drittelrohrplatten</li>
 <li>Winkelstabile gerade 3.5&nbsp;mm Platten (Rekonstruktionsplatten)</li>
 <li>Frakturspezifische Platten: winkelstabile mediale Hakenplatten, winkelstabile laterale Hakenplatten und anatomische distale Fibulaplatten</li>
</ul>
Außerdem kann das System je nach Präferenz der Operierenden mit dem FibuLock®-Fibulanagel (einer MIS-Lösung für Sprunggelenkfrakturen), posterolateralen Fibulaplatten und/oder 2.7&nbsp;mm Kortikalisschrauben ausgestattet werden.

Das System zur Behandlung von Sprunggelenkfrakturen wurde als Komplettlösung zur inneren Fixierung häufiger Sprunggelenkfrakturen konzipiert. Neben dem Basisinstrumentarium für Kleingelenke sind verschiedene frakturspezifische Platten enthalten. Hierzu zählen winkelstabile Drittelrohrplatten, 3,5-mm-Rekonstruktionsplatten, winkelstabile mediale Hakenplatten, winkelstabile laterale Hakenplatten und Platten für komplexe Fibulafrakturen. Dieses Set wurde entwickelt, um dem Chirurgen ein Instrumentarium an die Hand zu geben, mit dem alle Patienten- und Verletzungstypen effektiver behandelt werden können.
