Hierbei handelt es sich um mehr als nur eine Platte. Vielmehr ist es ein komplettes System zur Gelenkpräparation und -stabilisierung im Rahmen der Behandlung eines schweren Hallux rigidus und anderer MTP-Störungen. Dieses System ist primär und bei Revisionen einsetzbar und ermöglicht eine Reposition, Kompression und Fixierung des 1. Metatarso-Phalangealgelenks in der optimalen Stellung für eine Arthrodese.&nbsp;
Die Low Profile MTP-Platte ist aus Titan hergestellt, extrem flach (1,5 mm) und anatomisch geformt (8° Dorsalflexion und Valgus von 5°). Das anatomische Designs verhindert eine Hyperdorsalflexion oder Fehlrotation der Platte und ermöglicht somit die Anwendung bei primären und Revisionseingriffen. Um größtmögliche Stabilität zu erreichen, verfügt die MTP-Platte über drei Plattenlöcher für verblockende Schrauben und drei für nicht verblockende Schrauben. Das Set beinhaltet QuickFix Schrauben mit Sollbruchstelle für den nicht verblockenden Teil der Platte. Für die Plattenlöcher für verblockende Schrauben bieten wir 3-mm-Kortikalisschrauben in Längen von 10-20 mm. Die interfragmentären 3-mm-Schrauben mit Vollgewinde sind kanüliert und in Längen von 18-36 mm erhältlich. Bei dem Instrumentenset handelt es sich um ein Komplettset mit Fräsen für Mittelfußknochen und Phalangen.&nbsp;

Dieses neue Plattensystem vereint Platten- und Schraubensysteme aus unserem Sortiment für den Mittel-, Vor- und Rückfuß in einem einzigen System (AR-8950S). Das Set ist in zwei praktische Module (2.4/3 mm und 3.5/4 mm / AR-8950S-01 und AR-8950S-02) unterteilt und beinhaltet die neuen Metatarsalplatten, TMT-Platten, x-Platten und die neu überarbeiteten H-Platten. Weiterhin sind in dem Set Lapidus-Platten, Lisfranc-Platten, Opening-Wedge- und MTP-Platten enthalten. Das Set enthält 2.4 mm, 3 mm, 3.5 mm und 4 mm winkelstabile und nicht-winkelstabile Schrauben sowie kanülierte 3 mm und 4 mm Schrauben. Durch die Verfügbarkeit aller Komponenten in einem einzigen Set wird dem Operateur größtmögliche Flexibilität bei der Auswahl der geeigneten Platte für den jeweiligen Fall geboten. Zusätzlich bietet der neue Mini-Kleingelenksdistraktor größere Flexibilität bei der Gelenkpräparation, Darstellung und intraoperativen Kompression der Fraktur- oder Arthrodesestelle.
