Extra-Articular FiberTag® TightRope® Implant

The new line of extra-articular FiberTag TightRope implants are optimal for smaller grafts traditionally used in collateral and patellofemoral ligament reconstruction techniques. The downsized 1.7 mm FiberTag suture allows for increased graft-to-bone contact while still providing robust reinforcement during graft preparation. The suture also features a vivid new black pattern for improved visualization in an open surgery.

The collateral FiberTag TightRope implant features TightRope II technology with reverse tensioning, while the patellofemoral FiberTag TightRope implant uses standard tensioning to allow for fine-tuning under direct countertension. Straight and curved needle options are available for both implants to accommodate surgeon preference.
