Das Brostrom-Implantatsystem von Arthrex ermöglicht eine arthroskopische Rekonstruktion in der Technik nach Brostrom. Mithilfe von BioComposite SutureTak-Ankern und dem gebogenen Micro SutureLasso lässt sich eine komplett arthroskopische laterale Bandnaht am Sprunggelenk durchführen. Gleichzeitig lassen sich intraartikuläre Veränderungen durch die vorangegangene Verletzung behandeln.
