So as you can see here, we're in the central compartment. Here's our completed labor repair. As you look deep to that you can appreciate your typical area here of cam delamination. And it's not uncommon to see this type of a cartilage delamination in this case some debris. As you can see in this case. Now we can introduce the shaver which has our GraftNet to capture this articular cartilage and viable tissue here and here on oscillate. We'll capture this working right in this area of Cam delamination. We can do this either working both from our mid anterior portal here right at the Chondrolabral junction. So here with the curved tip in this case, coming right from a distal anterolateral portal gets us right into the into that area, which is the typical spot of cam delamination. And we can capture all of this debris, which again may have viable chondrocytes that we can then use to potentiate and augment with our BioCartilage later in the case to deliver and fill this area of cam delamination. You can capture all of that potential debris there deep inside the joint, even down into the coralloid fossa there. So as you can see here, now, we've detached the GraftNet from the suction. Here you can see we've collected our viable material here, probably about a CC or so. We can go ahead now and separate that. And then inside here we have this plunger that we can remove out and that will contain our material on it. You can see all of these healthy pieces of cartilage that we had removed, much of which may be viable from the cam delamination flap or in our situation, in a hip, even from the cam itself, in which we remove a healthy layer of cartilage to remove that bone and correct the sphericity of the joint. And now we can deliver this right into our syringe and mix it with our BioCartilage and with ACP to deliver that back into the area of exposed bone. So as you can see here we are now back in the central compartment. We've dried out the joint, a combination of the suction swab and just turning off the flow here. So as you can see here, here's our new BioCartilage delivery needle. It offers the same advantages of curvature like the previous Tuohy needle, but as you can see, it comes also with a spatula, or almost like a freer tip, which is hugely advantageous here. As you can see from the Dalla portal, it almost comes basically perpendicular to our surface here, anterolaterally, and really allows me to take the delivered BioCartilage material. As you can see there and impact it and deliver it flush up against this area of cam delamination. So here we can as you can see, I'm delivering some of that material here. And then as I deliver it I can as I go impact it and contour it right into the the defect. Try to maximize your fill over the area of your PowerPick drilling. And then now we can just contour that and fill our entire cam delamination defect here with the BioCartilage that's been potentiated with the viable cartilage minced cartilage from the GraftNet collection.
